• Acceptance: By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and policies.

• Trial Class: One free class per student with no obligation to continue.

• Payments: Fees are billed monthly and due at the start of each study month. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

• Refunds: 100% refund available if requested within 7 days of the billing cycle start.

• Cancellation: Requires a minimum 2-week written notice.

• Attendance: Students must join on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may be marked as unexcused absences.

• Excused Absences: Illness, family emergencies, school/work conflicts, technical issues — with 4+ hours notice.

• Make-up Classes: Must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the missed class and completed within 4 weeks.

• Unexcused Absences: No refunds or make-ups for missed classes without valid notice.

• Public Holidays: Classes pause during Eid holidays (3–5 days). Make-ups available after.

• Teacher Absence: Make-up class or substitute will be provided at no extra cost.

• Substitutes: May be assigned if the regular teacher is unavailable.

• Class Recordings: Select sessions may be recorded for quality assurance — not for public use.

• Student Recordings: Students are prohibited from recording classes.

• Privacy: Student data is secure and never shared with third parties; communication should go through official channels.

• Complaints: Handled seriously; email [email protected] with concerns.

• Termination: Services may be suspended or ended for policy violations.

• Liability: Qari Academy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from policy breaches.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Privacy Policy

• We collect personal info (name, email, Zoom ID, etc.) to deliver our services.

• Children under 13 require parental consent (COPPA compliance).

• EU users have full rights to access, correct, or delete their data (GDPR compliance).

• Comments, cookies, and IP addresses may be collected for functionality and spam protection.

• Class sessions may be recorded for internal quality review only.

• No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

• Uploaded media should not contain location data.

• Embedded content from other sites may collect user data.
